Sending non-binding information about letting your home.
Exploratory talk at your residence, including rental price advice. We will also tell you more about the legal (im)possibilities in letting your home.
We also do a photo shoot for the (online) advertisement.
The accommodation will be communicated to our network of international businesses and cooperating partners.
We handle all the viewings.
We handle all the negotiations.
Screening aspiring tenant(s) including a credit check.
We send you the tenants’ documents along with an order confirmation. When you have definitively agreed with the tenant(s), please send us back the signed order confirmation.
Creating a tailored lease.
Key exchange, including an extensive check-in report with photographs and meter readings. If required, we will also contract an energy supplier in the name of the tenant(s). Are you not able to be present at the key exchange? That’s not a problem. We will send you the report digitally. After going through the report, both you and the tenant still have 14 days to add any comments.
Management of the home (optional).
When the tenant leaves/the tenants leave the home, we create a check-out report with photographs and meter readings.
