How do we find together the perfect property?
We search the whole housing market for properties that match your requirements. You search yourself as well.
At the Office we are introduced to each other, together we will discuss the selected properties, your personal requirements and make a selection to schedule the tour. We will contact rental agents to make sure it is available and in good condition as seen on the pictures. To save time we will schedule the viewings all at once in 1 tour.
If we do not find the perfect property in the first tour we keep one looking to see if there will be new properties available. We ask around in our network, and we both keep an eye on the websites.
When we find the perfect property we will discuss together the offer to be made.
We negotiate on your behalf concerning the rental price and rental contract, check the contract thorough and make sure it is all legal.
On the day of the check in we will set up an inspection report mentioning the conditions of the property including pictures; We will arrange the connection for utilities, tv and internet; On the day of your departure we will setup a check out report mentioning the condition of the property. This to avoid misunderstandings about damages and neglects in the property.
